The environment (like a forest in the backyard is magnificent). The spa is bit disappointing.

Mid July no ac, so paid extra $70 for upgrade with air but ac did not work. The $15 breakfast per person was a joke and should have been complimentary. We booked 6 rooms and our other families had issues with plumbing, beds, etc.

A retreat away from the city. Spacious free parking. Very modern. Comfortable beds and showers with water that actually gets hot. Swimming pool/gym/hot tub/steam sauna. Breakfast buffet is 15eur, dinner course is either 39eur or 49eur options. Pleasant staff. Relaxing enjoyable stay.

This contemporary hotel is situated in a rural setting and includes ample parking, swimming pool and a gym etc. The hotel complex seemed popular with what looked like corporate groups. The accommodation has step free access and bathroom includes grab rails etc for less able guests. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. Due to the hotel's environmental construction the rooms do not have any air conditioning and only include a small radiator to top up the room temperature, in fact our feet got cold while sitting in the room. Large patio doors open out on to a small decked area with seating, overlooking a poorly maintained garden centrepiece. The restaurant was fully booked on our visit and no alternative options for food were offered. Staff were efficient but not particularly welcoming.

We got a Smartbox almost 2 years ago and always forgot we had it. So just a week before it expired we found this place that looked cute and perfect to celebrate our 4th anniversary of crossing each other's lives. :) We got the kindest welcome at the reception, the room was adorable, just the right fit for a couple of lovebirds enjoying a weekend away. Our room had a little terrace with a garden view (Room's name: Brézé). We had dinner at their adorable restaurant “La Table Loire&Sens” where we enjoyed a three-course meal. They have a wide wine selection with some exquisite local flavors. We even tried an amazing Japanese Whiskey... Yeah, we had a wild night. I can't thank enough everyone's help during our stay. Totally recommend it!

We were among the first guests. The staff and accommodations were superb and we anxiously await our next visit. The beautiful hotel is part of a wonderful and historic setting in a beautiful part of France........Bud Wilson of Bonita, California
